Newly manufactured MGs, no. Newly manufactured AOWs, DDs, SBRs, SBSs and silencers, yes.

LLCs, trusts and corporations are exempt from the fingerprint, photo and CLEO signoff requirements. They also allow for shared ownership (e.g., husband and wife).

Henry, well that depends. Is the corporation/LLC going to be an SOT? I set up a couple of NFA Dealers this way.
