Recently, the threads on the spindle of my RCBS FL resizing die became stripped so I emailed RCBS and asked if they would honor their warranty even though I didn't have the original purchase receipt.

The tech rep simply asked what caliber, and 3 days later, I received not only a brand new spindle, but also a new neck sizing ball.

Hats off to RCBS!

I have had the same experience with RCBS when contacting their customer service - They were competent, courteous, and quick. I am very impressed with the company.

Good to know

Good customer service will go a long way. Great customer service is a reason to not worry (so much) about slightly or moderately higher prices.

I'm testing the manufacturer of my press right now; I sent an inquiry about my .71 disk sticking on my new deluxe turret.

I'm not expecting anything but a response of any type. Hopefully they will help me resove the sit.

We shall see.

Thanks

The several times that I have had to contact their customer service, the service has been top notch.

you can email them too for parts. rcbs.tech at ATK.COM (put spaces in there to try to save them from Spam). I emailed them last Tuesday for AmmoMaster parts and within a couple of hours the replied and said the parts were in the mail and I got them on Saturday.

I just called RCBS to see about ordering a replacement small swager rod for my swagging die. I bent the old one trying to swager a .223 crimped primer pocket that had an obstruction in the case.

They send me out a replacement at no cost with no questions asked. A three minute phone call, and I was good to go. Its good to see customer service isn't dead yet.
