Just wanted to let you guys know that they really do have great customer service. I broke the neck expander on 2 of my dies (don't ask), sent them an e-mail explaining what I had done and they shipped 2 of them out no charge.

+2. I have a RCBS carbide die set from '77 and wanted to convert the sizer to a sizer / decapper. Two emails got me the oddball 7/16" assembly gratis.
And a plug for Redding: they sent me a new drop tube for my powder measure, also for free.
