I have always liked RCBS products. My bench is loaded with them. They just seem to work well for me. Well, I managed some how to bend the case activation linkage on the powder measure of my Pro 2000 progressive press. I do not know how I did this. One of the nuts was gouging into the small metering drum causing scrape marks preventing smooth movement of the drum. Now the powder measure will not go back down to the lowered position.

So, this morning, I called their customer service department to buy replacement parts. I explained what happened. All the guy asked was for my name and shipping address. He sent all the replacement parts to me at NO COST! No questions were asked either. He apologized for the inconvienance and said it would ship today..!

Talk about a true, "no B.S. warranty".... I am true believer now. What a good company.

I agree, I've had the same results on a couple of occasions. The first time was with a new carbide die set for 9mm that had damaged threads on the resizing die. I called them up, requesting a replacement and offered to send them the damaged die first for their inspection. The person I talked to just said give me your name/address I'll get it to you right away, no need to send them the defective die.

Next, the spring on my priming arm broke (leaf spring). Called them up, guy sent one out right away (or so he said). Called a few days later to check on it and the guy I talked to (not the same one) sent one out too, said if the first guy sent one as well, I would have two and keep the second one. A week later I got two in the mail in separate packages.

Some of their reloading stuff is a little clunky but very reliable but I sure like their customer service.
