the threaded rod on my lubrisizer finally went out. it was slowly getting stripped on the top. This is the rod you screw out to press the lube down. So i went on the web site to see how much it would be to order another one. Well after looking for a while i gave up and called rcbs. When the lady answered the phone i told her what i needed. Then she asked me for my name and address then she verified what i needed. i told her i was also having porblems with the plunger and was going to need a new one too. i had my credit card in hand and was ready to giver her the information when she said ok we will have these parts out to you as soon as possible. Is there anything else we can do for you. I asked her well how much is it. She said no charge.

WOW thats called excellent customer service.

Actually, RCBS does not rock. RCBS rockchucks.

Seriously though, yes RCBS does have excellent customer service.

RCBS has the best customer service in the industry. I bought some used RCBS equipment on ebay and needed some parts for it and when I called RCBS, I told the very nice woman on the phone how I had acquired it and what I needed. Same answer as above, "no charge".

At the same time, I wanted to buy some additional primer tubes and she told me not to buy them from her, since she'd have to charge me full retail, per their agreement with their retailers. She told me to buy them from Midway or one of the other retail outlets and they would be considerably cheaper, and they were.

Great company and great service.

Same thing

I have almost all RCBS loaders. (1) Dillion. Anyway, I use their APS primer system. I was not to smart on how the thing worked and broke it. Called them
admitted my stupidity and they sent all new parts, Free !
I like that.

RCBS & Brownell's are THE two companies that all other companies should look to for how to do it!

They do have excellent customer service, but the threading where the handle goes on the right side of my Rockchukker is stripped.

They sent me the new part that the handle attaches to, but I sure as **** can't get the other parts off of it to replace it, so I've just learned to live with the handle being on the left side until that one strips out. I guess when that happens I'll pull the rest of my hair out for a couple of hours before I call customer service again to see what is next.
