Really thinking of getting an integral .22 and a 40mm launcher before 41T

Pics are coming. My rimfire optic is meant for an MSR and is kind of short. I need to make a couple modifications to the base with my mill to reduce the eye relief (extend the ejection port because it is in the wrong place running the base backwards), remove the rear most (now front most) raised section to clear the scope bell. With some very low Warne rings I am going to be able to get the sight height down to 1.20" once I make those mods. The high sight thigh of MSRs extend PBR for larger targets but make shooting critters at closer ranges difficult. I sill may need a bit of a cheek riser.

I had to tighten up the extractor a bit today by pinching the extractor spring clip.

Seems to have fixed the extraction issues I was having ejecting an unfired round. The barrel is set up for very low freebore (seems to be a little engraving on longer 40 grainers or 36 grain HPs--which is great for accuracy) If problems come back, I'll consider it worn and buy a new one.

I reversed the scope mount, cut a new ejection port just on the right side of the base to match the port on the gun, milled off the rear (now front) lug to clear the objective, applied Aluminum Back, buffed, and sealed in grease to cure.

I'll post pics when I have the whole thing screwed down in a few days.

Hey Mike any chance you got her all together and we can see some pics please
I got her all together about 2 weeks ago. I have a lot of irons in the fire and I'm not home during good photography hours. I'm hoping for a range day Sunday to sight in multiple guns and take chrony readings.
