Try American Guns, the other discovery show. Last night a $1200 to $1300 Springfield 1911 trying to be sold to a customer for $3000? Revolvers (old colt style still being made and copied) I have seen sold for $15,000? I don't care if it is hand made (not really, it is done on CNC just like every other gun) it isn't worth that kind of money. I don't get it? Do guns go for 10 to 100 times the price out west? I have never seen that kind of crap. I don't see it, maybe I don't have enough money for a drug addiction that could help me make really stupid decisions with my money.
Red Jacket scares the crap out of me, letting a guy put guns together that is not a certified gunsmith isn't just stupid it could be deadly. I watched an episode were this guy couldn't figure out how to put a piston kit on an AR. It came with instructions, maybe he is illiterate? I would not want camera's on my shop with all the mistakes and guesstimations. It is like watching NASCAR for me, just waitng for a wreck. At least NASCAR takes safety precautions and has trained professionals.
