How many carry a Sigma in 9 or 40 ?

Sigma is very easy to CCW. I carry a Glock -36 most of the time. When I go into what I think is questionable areas I have no problem holstering the Sigma. It is a very nice and dependable gun. Carry it with confidence.

Mine is the 9mm and has never failed me no matter what I've fed it. 16+1 is very warm feeling.

Wife's is the 9, the trigger is just as rough as the internet claims (whoa) but SW is known to fix it somewhat if you send it back to them with the right wording.

Ugly, but it's reliable, and accurate... And it was her very first personal gun, so the darn thing is special to her in some way.

If you can afford it, step up to the SD version, or just get the M&P and build up from there as you can.

If you just want a reliable gun you won't feel too much attachment to, Sigmas are great.

Every day in 9mm. Thought it was the ugliest gun when I bought it, but it's grown on me quite a bit.

I don't own one, but there's no reason you can't & no reason you shouldn't either. They're roughly the size of a Glock 19 / 23 / 32 so size isn't an issue. They're reliable, and the price is right. Go for it.

The Sigma is a good ccw piece. I've been carrying one for years (40 VE). It has been very reliable at the range with a wide variety of ammo. Also comfortable to carry owb in a desantis speed scabbard. Overall a very good value for ccw. As far as the trigger goes remember this is not a target pistol. With some practice you will get used to it.

i had a S9VE for a few years. it wasn't the most accurate gun, but it was reliable. i had problems finding a holster that would fit it, but the SERPA for a Glock 21 was near perfect. for IWB, i just used a cheap Uncle Mike's. it has better ergos than a Glock, in my opinion.

i eventually upgraded to a 1911.

Its mostly my winter carry piece.
The heavy trigger that everyone hates is great for concealed carry.

I have had one for a few years but have never carried it, just wondering who does and how they like it.

honestly, it's a great first gun for someone not used to firearms. my only experience with guns before i got one were a few revolvers, and a Raven .25ACP my uncle had. to me, it's a gun you shoot, learn on, and carry, until you become a proficient shooter, then you upgrade to something else, like a Glock, or an XD, or a 1911, and relegate it to truck/house duty.

I have several full size handguns that I have carried concealed at different times. My 9ve and 40ve are my only two full size handguns that I find comfortable to carry all day. IMO the Sigmas are very carry friendly.

Lately I've been carrying a Sig P250 sub compact. It's a little lighter and and the shortened grip makes it easier to conceal.
