Fos, the finishon it was like 0%, so I just stripped it clean with the plan to refinish it. But I just haven't gotten around to it. That said, I also like it in the white. I'll fix it up at some point.

Yup, kinda.

Thats my bedroom closet. I have taken the door frame off and mounted a swinging full-length mirror over the door. You can walk into the room and you have no idea the closet even exists unless you swing that mirror away from the wall.

Then you need the key to the door.

Then after you open the door theres some RadioShack goodness. Just a cheap number pad setup with a big siren mounted under my front deck. Costs very little and will let the neighbors know something is wrong. Not fancy or foolproof but is workable.

Whole thing costs very little (less than your average gun from Wal-Mart) and seems effective to me.

I may add a cheapy wooden decorative gun case in plain view....a pump shotgun and a .22 rifle for bait. Any smash and grabbers would think that was it and leave happy.......just a thought. Would also be a handy way to leave a 12ga cruiser ready but out of the reach of the wee ones.
