He says it has to be faxed only. I have heard that a signed copy can now be emailed also.
I've heard a mountain of B.S. in gunshops, but this seems to be legit from what I've checked out so far. Apparently the change was made 2-3 months ago.
And I'm not referring to the change made a couple of years ago that allowed faxed FFL's. I know about that one. I had a C&R back then I even got the letter from the ATF on it.
Say you don't have a fax number, how else would you sell a gun to a guy out of state unless he emailed an FFL copy to you?
