I have the 5.25 barrel XDM 10 and it's been a great pistol. After checking out this video I didn't hesitate to buy mine.

It's an XDm. It never had the Grip Zone in any generations. Also, get over it. It's beyond neurotic to be afraid of Grip Zone and not even know to which handguns it applied. If they're still using the sides of the grips to advertise "Grip Zone", that would definitely be a deal breaker for me. Whoever came up with that idea is a first class moron.
"To be afraid of Grip Zone..."? Are you serious? Ok, you caught me. I'm literally so scared of Grip Zone that I can't keep straight which model it applies to. I'm probably going to have nightmares now...great! LOLIt's an XDm. It never had the Grip Zone in any generations. Also, get over it. Do you know of a source for new extractors for the XDm 10mm? When I looked a couple of years ago there was no source and Springfield refused to sell them to the public. Most recommend not doing this because potential damage to extractor, which is easy to replace.
While we are on the topic of 10mm & Springfield XDM's...any recommendations on where to find some 10mm brass to feed mine? Thx!

How about that. Thanks for the link.
Steve,
The hook to breachface dimension is the same as the factory part.

That said 10 mm is a lot of liability for personal defense against two-legged critters.
But better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6 I guess
I run EGW Heavy Duty extractors in my 1911s and they cost $40 a pop.
