I like Herrett grips! I wanted a set of Shooting Ace grips for my 856. I was using my wife's square butt grips from her S&W 31-1 while I kept my eye open for a set of J frame round butt grips. I snagged a set on Ebay this week and they arrived on the mail today.
The grips are a little oversized around the frame, so I cut the factory roll pin for the grip, and drilled a small hole in the grips. Now the grips fit and clamp down with the grip screw.
