You're still not answering my question, so I'll ask it a third time:

Because it's completely and totally irrelevant to the discussion about TX firearms laws. But, if you want my real opinion on people that drink and get behind the wheel it involves their balls, a vice an power sander and an impact wrench. I've had enough years of field experience to know that the first thing that goes when drinking is the ability to tell when you've had your share, and one drink is what every son of a bitch who just killed a family claims to have had.
