Today my mother passed away.
She taught me how to shoot, bought me my first pistol and was the best Mama a man could have.
Here is a picture of her getting her Texas CCW permit, she firmly believed in our RTKBA. You are never too old to excerise your rights!
She practiced before getting her permit shooting an H&R .22, double action, ONLY (she was a crack shot with it!) until her trigger finger was almost too tired to shoot for the test! She carried a sem-automatic and Poppa went with a revolver.
Sure will miss her.

sounds like she done her share well and then some.

hang in there and be strong.

So sorry for this sad time in your life. After a while...think of all the good times. It will bring the smile back into your life.

prayers for you.

Wow!!! What a lucky son you are. Wish I could have met her. Please accept my condolences. Wish we could find 999,999 more just like her. What a "million mom march"that would have made.

No one like mama. Look at that smile and remember it well. Life doesn't begin here and it doesn't end here, but there is no replacing mama. My condolences.

My mom passed 6 years ago and as time passes it gets a little easier. Not easy, easier. Keep your chinup and be very glad you got to spend good times with her. The memory's will be precious to you in the coming years.

My deepest sympanthies. Both my parents are gone, and it's never quite the same. God bless you and your Mom. A great lady.
