I would add the MPA 380. Not as refined as the seecamp, but mine had been flawless. Nearly identical to the seecamp in size and around $300. When I got mine, about 8 months ago, they were easy to find (unlike the seecamp). Also has a ported barrel which makes the recoil very manageable
I'm not familiar with the MPA...How does the porting effect low light shooting?
Seecamp availability is great as long as you have a week or 2. Most dealers don't stock them, mostly because they are a in the $450-500 range for a 32.
Actually, for what you get, I think that's reasonable.

I did not realize the Seacamp 32 could be had for that cheap or that easily. Definitely reasonable. My comments were based in the Seecamp 380. I have shot it in lower light (dusk outdoors) and did not notice the muzzle flash to be any worse than my snub nose 357s/38s. It is more than other pocket 380s but not enough (IMHO) to cause problems
