A lot of people are saying that the extra rounds when he was running away are unjustified. However, due to adrenaline, reaction, etc, and such sometimes people keep firing.

The whole shooting is unjustified as his life was not threatened and add shooting while assailant was running away.In b4 mods close.

Without any context it is impossible to make any determination. What are we watching? A drug deal gone bad? Road rage? Without any context this could be anything including mutual combat. Don't forget, if you invite someone to fight you forfeit any claim of self defense. If you can find more context that lets us know that this was actually self defense I'll re-open it.

This incident, with more video, was discussed ay some length on LoSD. The man who was shot accosted the other man without provocation and attacked him.

The shooter would have a good argument for justification for his first shots due to the fact that he was attacked first by a much larger and more powerful man, but shooting the fleeing man would not be justified.
