Hate to see them leave but I don't blame them one bit. That's exactly what I would do were I in their position. Now that the NYC boys have enough of their puppets in the state capital at Albany they feel that they can impose all their NYC crap on the rest of the state. I'm sure taxes played a role in that decision too, as ATI will now take a huge slice out of their tax bill. Besides; who wants to do business in a state with about the most corrupt state legislature in the U.S.. They don't care if they drive those types of jobs out of the state. Because when all the ATI folks leave it's that many less folks that vote against these corrupt scumbags.

I dropped them a line, and my respondent says they expect to begin construction next month.

When I responded I let him know it was 70F with crystal clear blue skies (typical for SC) here in Columbia at 11am. Betcha it ain't like that in Rochester!

Kahr Arms announced in July they are moving their HQ to Pennsylvania.

I'm not aware of another company leaving since the SAFE Act passage.
