Yeah, you can't really count that imo...it was so obviously half-baked. It used leather seals instead of piston rings. It used medical ether instead of a realistically available fuel (I can buy nitro rv model fuel by the gallon). To me it clearly wasn't designed to diesel the way an rc model airplane engine or truck engine is. Had it been designed they would have known to use gas check or saboted bullets for example.

How about a pistol that when cleared from a holster, or had the safety disengaged, had a built in micro hd camera under the barrel that "could" be switched on. Could even have a small dot on the video image that showed point of aim. Would be great for training purposes. Wouldn't add hardly any weight and could be used in standard holsters.

I would also really love a .22 conversion for my XD45.

A semiauto, 4"-5" barrel, in something like a rimless 44 super.

Wilson made a nice little plastic gun that was kinda sorta like a glockified 1911.
Apparently could not make any money on it - having the lower custom molded was a challenge - so they discontinued it.

ZeroD,

How odd, I once early in the Glockification of America period spoke to Herr Glock about the possibility of a .45 Glock slimmed down to use standard 1911 magazines.......he told me I was going to like what would be out in six months. He was wrong as it was just another giant gripped plastic brick.

Fantasy land....I want a 2" barrel, 30 round magizine, pocket gun that will out shoot my 7mm BR XP-100 at 300 yds, with the energy of a .308 win and the recoil of a .32 ACP.

Oh and spiral unicorn horn grips.

There was also several that used the BUL m-5 (plastic 1911) like kimber and Springfield armory. You would have to change the grip angle to use Glock mags.

This is the one I had.

I prefer SVI and STI pistols for plastic gripped double stack 1911 style pistols.

Would you consider these to accompany it :
1. Dual spring support tripod, and or
2. Heavy duty body sling with four extra mag pockets (comes with four extra mags too)?

Merge a Glock 26 grip with a Glock 43 frame and slide, same sort of thing they did with the G30 and G36 to make the G30s. Call it a G26s. It would be a pretty awesome carry gun.

A modern k frame sized top break 357 cut for moon clips
I like it.

In all honesty I think I'd like a 5-shot stainless steel in 9mm.

Something that looked like this:

What I want is a Ruger SR45c. Always assumed they'd come out with one shortly after the 9 and 40. Guess those weren't selling well enough to justify the tooling for a 45 version. Looks like a Springfield XD Mod 2 is going to be it for me.

I'd like a left-handed 1911 that didn't cost some multiple of what a right-handed 1911 costs.

And that top-break .357 upthread... I'd totally buy one of those. While I prefer automatics, my body type and ordinary clothing make it simpler for me to carry a revolver concealed.
