What handgun surprises you that people buy?

S&W 500 Mag, just what is the point of this one? I assume it is fun but other than that why?

The local chipmunks have been wearing full body armor, a .50 caliber round is essential to penetrate their protection

Wouldn't surprise me! In fact I would buy one, if I had the money of course. But there is not a practicle use for this gun. Unless your hunting Cape Buffalo with a hand gun!

I would just want one to have a "FUN" gun.

In all seriousness if you ever had evil space aliens invading your property, then I would suggest this gun to take care of them and their spaceship!!

There is a practical use for the gun. The 4 inch model would make a good bear defense pistol.

Let's just hope you hit him with the first shot. Cause if you missed and he's close enough a follow up shot is nearly impossible. You'd be a dead duck!

Bears run faster than horses for shot distances your not gonig to get a follow up shot with any pistol at least not standing up. You may be able to fire as your getting eaten. If your only going to get one shot it makes sence that its as powerfull as some rifles.

I wouldn't get a Highpoint because they are so friggin ugly. Some here like them and a many don't. I kind of like the asthetics of a gun and the Highpoint just doesn't do it for me.

Someone said they don't like the NAA mini. These are nice looking little weapons. Perhaps impractical, I like the way they look. They are nicely made and are not badly priced. I don't have one but I would like another toy!

For 140 out the door, I think they make a great plinking/beater gun.

(However I would not put my life in the hands of a hi-point)
