1. Springfield Mil-Spec Parkarized 1911
2. SIG P229
3. One of the baby Glocks
4. Polish P-64
5. .44 Magnum revolver
6. Snub-nose .38/.357 revolver
7. Makarov variant
8. Walter PPK
9. SIG P220
10. Ruger Mk II

I'm sure there are more, but I can't think of them right off the top of my head.

I want another 1911; and the only one I CAN buy in the state of MA. is the S&W 1911.

I would LOVE another Kimber.

Also, on the top on my want list is: Rohrbaugh RS9. I can not tell you how bad I want one of those!!!

And a .357 revolver. Haven't decided which one yet.

Well, now that my SW99c 9mm and stainless Colt Government XSE have arrived, and I'm preparing to order a SW1911SC 5" (last minute change of mind from a SW1911PD 5") ...

That doesn't leave much on my personal list anymore ...

There are still another one or two S&W J-frames that I'd like to pick up (because I doubt it's possible to own too many J-frames). One of them having a 3" barrel ...

After handling and shooting both size S&W .500 Magnum revolvers I find that the shorter-barreled version actually appeals to me for a back country handgun, replacing my .44 Magnums. Limited usage, granted, but arguably a potent, and suitably portable, powerful handgun.

On the other hand, since the .500 is only a single caliber, I'm going to wait and see how the new .460 S&W Magnum develops. The ability to chamber and use 3 different calibers in the same revolver strongly appeals to me.

Then, in this same vein there's the Ruger Alaskan. A nicely sized rugged & durable Ruger revolver that also chambers more than one caliber ... and the .454 is arguably still suitable for use on some dangerous animals. ;)

Lastly, there's still that short-barreled Ruger Sheriff-style revolver that's appealed to me for a while, especially since I've always enjoyed owning and shooting Ruger SA revolvers.

It seems I have more than enough semiauto pistols accumulated for both defensive tools and pleasurable shooting.

Although, if Colt or S&W ever gets in gear and releases another 10mm pistol it would interest me more than a bit ...

Then, maybe a G39 sometime, since I like that size frame of Glock subcompact, depending on the ammunition situation for that new caliber. Maybe yes and maybe no. Just depends. It's the specific subcompact platform that is somewhat appealing to me. It's not like I need another pistol that fires a .45ACP bullet, even if it's from a shorter case ...

Dunno.

I've bought just about as many semiauto pistols in the last year as I have in the last several years combined.

Revolvers seem to interest me more for potential future purchases.

Sig 9mm or .40S&W (Probably a 226 model)
Sig .45 (not sure of model number)
Kimber Custom TLE II / RL
Kimber Raptor
Kimber Eclipse
HK USPc in .45
HK USPT in .45
some variant of DA/SA .357 Revolver or 2, or 3, or maybe even 4 or 5
a Ruger Alaskan .454 Casul
A Ruger 22/45 Mark 2 (in place of my current Mark 3...)
A .22 Revo
Walther P99
Walther P22
FN 57 (esp if I get a carbine version of the P90 to go with :) )
an R9 for pocket carry
a Kel-Tec in 9mm
a Kahr (probably .40 S&W)
S&W 500

I think that's enough...I think...but it's ok, I'm young, and I have time to acquire them :)

The handguns on my list are:
1. Ruger GP-100 4", Stainless with adjustable sights
2. Commander sized 1911, stainless, standard safety, extended slide stop, low profile sights, whatever has to be done to make it utterly reliable, handful of Wilson mags
3. Browning Buckmark

But they will come after my next FAL and a pump shotgun.

Not in any specific order, my list is:

Sig 229 SAS
220
225
226
245

Ruger Super Redhawk Alaskan

Glock 20
21

HK USP 45
40

S&W 629
500

Desert Eagle 50 AE

To Buy List?

Kind of depends if my P-32 goes south on me - then its a NAA Guardian in .32ACP to replace it.

Otherwise - damn - for some reason the SIG 220 is looking good now. Maybe because I don't have any SIG's and I figure you can never go wrong carrying a .45 for CCW!

6" stainless .357 revo, prolly a 686 or GP100. I also keep thinking I need a SA .45 LC, but can't figure out why

1. S&W round butt mod 12 and S&W 10-5 or -7 with 3" medium taper barrel and do a swap to end up with a 3" medium weight barrel round butt model 12, then sell the 10 and other barrel.

2. S&W 58

3. 1st Gen Glock 17

4. New Caspian classic slide, Kart barrel, new bushing for my Sistema, it only shows a serial number now with a cheapie slideand barrel.

money no object/won lottery
5. 1873 Colt SAA Cavalry Mod w/ 7 1/2" barrel
6. 1873 Colt SAA Artillery Mod w/ IIRC a 5 1/2" barrel

7. US GI 1911 Colt around 1943.
