What I did today, the day after America saved itself.

i now have an insane amount of ammo laying around, but i'm not sad.
i started serious pistol work [300 rounds/week] during the panic. i was paying 11 cents/round for garbage bulk.

then, when i could get cci sv for 8 cents, delivered, i had to buy cases.
i'm happy to have it n i'll have some spending money next year. this year, every extra cent went to ammo.
i don't have to buy any ammo for years, unless wolf drops under 11 cents.
i'm happy.
my ammo looks pretty nice.

While I regard avoiding a third (or possibly fourth) term of the Clinton Presidency as better for the country, I do not breath a sigh of relief. Trump is to me the lesser evil of two deplorable choices.

For the record I began stockpiling ammo after the 1968 GCA required ammo purchases through FFL only entered in a log book. I remember 1970 when gun control advocates felt they had the upper hand and openly talked bans or 5000% taxes on ammo, limits amounting to defaco bans.

I was afraid, but also knew there were many that would vote Trump. The liberal news had everything wrong.

Hang on to what you've bought. I think we still have some very choppy water ahead of us.

I stocked up on a couple of extra AR15's just a few weeks before the election anticipating that Hillary would win, as she was predicted to win by most people. It was very surprising (and a great feeling) to see that Trump won; although he is not perfect at least he is the lesser of 2 evils.

At least for now we don't have to worry just yet about another panic on guns and ammo.

My youngest son leaves for Marine Corp boot camp in December. Infantry, which he wanted to be since he was 6 years old. I still cannot describe the relief I feel that Clinton lost. The thought up to this point she could have been CIC was my personal nightmare.
