Academy finally replied to my customer service email yesterday, 8 days after I sent it. They implied that since I had received the balance of the boxes, all was well. I send off a response today noting that it was for a rebate that I had bought them in the first place, that they sent an erronious invoice with the wrong purchase date in the shipment which didn't qualify for the rebate, noted that it took almost 3 weeks for the order to finally arrive, and generally laid out why their customer service is non existent.
I requested a corrected invoice immediately, but I know that won't happen, let alone within the amount of time remaining to claim the rebate.
I gave them the ultimate cut, I told them they were lower than Cheaper Than Dirt in my opinion. So much for Academy.
