What is your most faithful pistol?

My Glock 27, CZ PCR, and FNP-9M have all been flawless, and are all excellent carry guns. I really like that PCR, and I am a huge FNP fan ever since buying my compact. It has a great trigger and the grip is shaped perfectly. Sights line up and stay lined up without any real effort on my part.

G19 I've had since 1994. VERY reliable and has seen a LOT of use, but it's also had its problems. Broken trigger return spring (2005), so the the trigger wouldn't reset. Gun was still operational if I manually pushed the trigger forward to reset it after firing a round. Started having stovepipe and other FTE malfunctions with the original 15 round magazine after 10+ years of ownership/use. Other mags functioned just fine. The original mag spent most of it's life loaded to max capacity. I should have tried to isolate the problem by just changing the mag spring because that's what I suspected, but I went ahead and swapped out the original recoil spring/guide rod at the same time because I got both free from a Glock Armorer at a gun show. Never a problem since the spring changes. Again, a VERY reliable pistol, BUT....they ALL will have "problems" at some point. If not, they you're simply not shooting them enough. ;)

 Your 'war weapon,' huh? Can it open a can of peaches?

CZ. Vz. 82.

I miss it so much. I bought a 1911 after it (armscor, see I'm not anti-foreign), and even though it was a great shooter it never had the feel of the 82. That and every now and then the Armscor would stop up on Winchester ammo. No idea why. The 82 ate everything equally.

God I have to find another Vz. 82.

Beretta 92FS, Inox

However, I have never had a gun of any manufacturer fail me. I sent my recently purchased CZ 2075 P back to CZ custom for (combat trigger, trigger job including skeletonized hammer) to correct an absolutely awful trigger. The CZ should be back to me next week. If it isn't fixed I will be parting company with her.

I will have to join the Glock crowd. I tried hating them for ten years and It just didn't work out. They are just unbelievably reliable and darn near indestructible.

The ergonomics are pretty slick as well pulling out from under cover. Them rounded edges really were well thought out also for professionals.

Walther P5. It works first time, all the time, every time, without fail or hiccup. You couldn't ask for more in a handgun, IMO.

I'd have to say if I were only able to carry one pistol it would be my Glock 22c.
It's accurate and powerful. I also have to vote for my FN 5.7. It's as nice a shooter as you can find, and it carries 21 when fully loaded. It's really light too.
