My primary carry gun is a Glock 23 but, I feel pretty confident that in the next year it will change. Either to a brand new XDM (.40 cal) or to an H&K P30. I have held both recently and can't seem to stop thinking of each.

I love the XD and the fact that it holds 16 in the magazine but don't care for the very aggressive "checkering" in the front and back of the grip.

I love the way the grip feels on the P30 but don't like the fact that it only holds 15 rounds of 9mm in the mag.

Maybe I'll just save up and buy both and switch off between the 2. (If I only could save that much money!)
