What would you ask a gun mfgr to build?

357 and 44 Magnum Ruger Camp Carbines - Bring em back Ruger.
357 Magnum Ruger Redhawk - C'mon Ruger make another run of these
7.62x25 Tokarev Glock - I'd buy one
Any 10mm revolver single and double action
Anything in 9x23 Winchester - A Glock or CZ75 would be nice.
Keltec Sub 2000 - I know they exist but do they? A 10mm version would be sic.
500 SW Magnum Marlin or Rossi levergun - There are custom examples available, but they're very expensive.
17HMR semi auto handgun - Sounds like a good idea
Wow, +1 on all these!

- a ruger mk2 folding carbine.

- a double barrel break-action that will shoot anything 45 cal -460s&w, 454 cassul, 45 colt, 45acp etc. with screw in chokes for 410 shotshells. and threaded for suppressability.

- a S&W 627/327 8 shot .357 with interchangeable barrels from 2-8"

there's more but these are the ones i want so much i'm making them myself if somebody doesn't start producing them first.

I want S&W or Ruger to make a ultra compact double action revolver chambered in .32 acp. Something like a J frame scaled down a bit to fit 6-8 rounds of .32 acp. People knock the .32 cartridge but in that size gun i feel it would be a fantastic Back up gun.

... 2-shot 500 S&W Magnum deringer. 6.5" barrels configured over/under and grips of a size to afford controllability. Such a gun would be light enough for a backpacker.

For emergency defense against dangerous animal attack (Bear, Rhino, Lion, etc). It would fulfill the same function as 18th century Howdah pistols of the big-game hunters of that era.,

Since one is unlikely to get off more than two aimed shots, so the 2-shot configuration is not such a drawback.

Please let me know if you do, or find a gunsmith who will.

There's a fellow in Alaska who has a revolver like that. Ruger Redhawk with Dan Wesson interchangeable barrels. It would be no trick to do the same to a S&W, I think. His WessonHawk is even swappable between 45 Colt and 44 Magnum. But don't get the cylinders and barrels mixed up!!!:what:

That one doesn't even require a gunmaker's license, as it is only a modification and the serial number remains intact.

Post #6 in that thread shows a picture of the gun with both the 45 Colt and the 44 Mag barrels and cylinders.
