I'll admit, most of the time I look and don't buy, but the last one I went to I bought a .22 cleaning kit, a handgun case and a spare mag.

Only ever bought 1 gun (GP100) there.

Spur leathers.

Wide. With studs. Tooling. Silver buckles.

I'm sick, I need help..."hi, my name is Alex and I shoot CAS..."

Last thing bought? Several hundred cast bullets, few hundred jacketed bullets, some cleaning supplies.
I would buy a gun at a gun show but I've yet to find what I'd call a real deal there. Maybe I go to the wrong gunshows?

An eight-pound jug of 231 powder, and 1,000 rounds of that South American .223 ammo. Some cleaning supplies, and a few AR mags.

No guns.:(

I seem to buy something at every gun show I go to (except the first that was a couple years before I ever bought a gun- I just went, had sticker shock since for some reason I thought I'd be able to get something in a better caliber than a .22lr Ruger MkII new for around $200 and just drooled for a while).

I usually just buy ammo or cleaning supplies (partial list of purchases):
-misc. boxes of ammo
-a case of Fiocci 9mm (love the stuff)
-half a case of Wolf 7.62x39 (fine in Warsaw Pact rifles, I wouldn't take Wolf, even a case, in a pistol caliber if it was free)
-speedloaders for a K-frame
-lots of cleaning supplies

At my last gun show (last summer) I bought a Colt Police Positive Special in .38spl for $175. The finish is somewhat worn, but as is typical for many .38spl service revolvers, everything else is perfect. I think it spent a lot of time in a holster but it has probably been shot more by me in the 6 months that I've owned it than it did in its entire life before me (and I think they stopped making them in 1973).

Plans for future gunshows (over the next year or two, starting in about 2 months):
-tons of ammo and accessories (of course)
-used AR and/or AK
-used Mini-14
-try to find a good deal on a shotgun or two
-try to find a good deal on a used bolt rifle (flexible on precise make and caliber but in the Rem 700, Winchester 70, Ruger and Savage quality range)
-new or used Cimmaron or Vaquero (pair preferably) in .45lc (.357mag or .38spl are the alternates)
-as always, good deals on used revolvers

Lst show? Ammo, a few parts.

Ammo, always.

Parts and pieces, frequently.

Firearms, sometimes.

Love gunshows. Go to six or more every year.

At the last local show, a couple of boxes of S&B .410 3" 00 buckshot.

At the last Knob Creek show:

A case of S&B .30 Carbine
Some 12ga. Dragon's Breath rounds
A KCR cap and t-shirt.

Very seldom do I buy a gun at a gun show.

Bought ammo. Then stuff..yep. Just stuff.

ohh..and a pocketknife for my son. He's only five but ten minutes with a file on the blade and he doesn't know the difference. :D Now he can have a "real" one like Daddy's.

Let's see.

2 mags (the kind for ammo, not reading)
1 GI ammo can (next to smallest size).
100 - .45ACP brass
100 - .300WM brass
A reloading manual, latest handgun from Sierra.

Didn't see any guns that made me drool (that I didn't have).

The last show I went to, which was late spring 2002, I bought this:

And, after going to gun shows an average of 3 or 4 times a year for 12 years, it is the first gun I've bought at a show!

I also bought a couple of guns in addition to that one, all early in the year & sorta blew my budget early so I stayed away for the rest of the year.

However, there is a big show in mid January & it is a new year..;)

Bivvy Wear, includes hood, jacket and pants. Best cold weather gear on the planet!

Merlin Softie 3 - sleeping bag, 1 lbs and packs to the size of a grape fruit.

The last one I visited, I bought a Sig 232 NIB for a decent price. It's the only time I actually bought a gun at a gun show even though I've attended them for years.
