Winchester Model 1894 (1908) 38-55

Passed down through the family. We took three generations to the range one day and and shot it after we found some factory ammo at a gun show.

I have a 1910 Luger in pretty clean condition, the first year that the hold-open was installed. Inherited from my father.

Model 1842 Springfield. Lock dated 1852, Barrel dated 1855.
.69 Caliber, cut down to around 38'' (probably in the 1800s)
Original Long range sights.

Shot it this past Summer and it was fantastic.

Also got an 1873 3rd model Octagon barrel Sporter in .44-40 dated to 1884.

U.S. Springfield Model 1873 trapdoor 45-70 gov't. Was produced sometime between April and June 1874. Rifle has been in our family for at least 90 years, not sure how my grandfather got it. My dad gave it to me in 1985, I put about 10 rounds through it each year.

An 1850s vintage English percussion muzzle loading shotgun of around 14 gauge, marked Thomas Turner, Birmingham. Nice Damascus figured barrel and figured walnut stock; picked it up at a garage sale for $100. Not a shooter, but it looks nice on the wall.

1888 German Commission rifle. Still a shooter. I take it easy on her with low pressure VV N140 loads.

Union firearms Co. 16ga pump from paternal grandfather. Stevens visible loader 22 from paternal grandmother's father. H&R Young American 32 from maternal grandfather's father. Golcher lock single barreled 16ga bought by my father in England. 1894 Ecuadorean commission rifle with mirror czech bore.

An old Pennsylvania style longrifle that my great-great grandfather carried here (on foot) from Ohio back in 1852.
I also have his son's rifle
....and his son's

Oldest would be a Colt Woodsman .22LR pistol. Serial number dated early part of 1941. Left to me from my in-law and am sure it was given to him from his in-law too. Came with 2 factory Colt 10 rnd mags and 1 aftermarket 10 rnd mag. "Pre" last shot hold open too.

Bill

1916 DWM (Deutsche Waffen und Munitionsfabriken) P08 Luger
my Uncle brought it back after WWII. I inherited two years ago when he passed away. I miss him.
