Just going off the top of my head and limiting it to metallic cartridge rifle chamberings:
.22 R
.22-250
.25-20
6.5X55
.30-30
.30 Rem.
.308
7.62X54R
.30-06
.303
.32-20
.357 Mag
.350 Rem Mag
.375 H&H Mag
.401 WSL
.38-40
.40-65
.44-40
.45-70
.50-70
.50-140
.50 BMG
5.56x45mm is in progress, I have an AR-15 lower built, just needs an upper now.
At the moment, I can reload for 7mm Mauser, 9x19mm, 7.62x39mm, 7.62x51mm (actually .308 Win) and .30-06. Once the AR's finished, I can reload for it too (if I go with the 5.56).
I have been slowly but steadily eliminating unused calibers and platforms for the past several years.
I have gotten it all down to this thus far:
.22 LR
.22 WMRF
.223 / 5.56mm
.25 ACP* .30-06 Springfield
.30-30 Winchester
.308 Winchester/7.62x51mm NATO
.32 ACP* .357 Magnum
.38 Special
.38 S&W* .380 ACP
.41 Rimfire*
.44 Magnum
.45 ACP
.50 Beowulf
5.45x39mm
7.62x39mm
9mm Parabellum
10mm Auto*
12 Gauge
20 Gauge* .410 bore
* NOTE: The .25ACP, .38S&W, & .41 Rimfire are guns I keep only for sentimental value and for which I don't keep much ammo on hand at all. As soon as I can sell/trade away my last 10mm pistol and last 20ga. shotgun (no sentiment involved with those), I will have eliminated those chamberings entirely as well. And, if I can ever convince my wife to give up her P32 (which she only uses when she has to carry one of those dinky little black "formal" purses) in favor of a P3AT (which I did long ago), I can kiss .32ACP goodbye as well.
