The fact of the matter is, I am an American, who earns his living, enjoys shooting sports, has reverance for the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, and I don't want the Government telling me what I can or cannot do, or what guns I can or cannot own.

You understate the southern republican's response. Daughter most likely would not be asking about the load or group. She would have slapped leather and thrown a few out. There have been times when the four members of my family have been in restaurants during which 3 of the 4 were packin'.

The comment blames me in vain. The original setup by the thread starter clearly stated that an "Islamic terrorist" jumps at you wild-eyed and brandishing a knife etc. So, the expletive was appropriate.

That being said, I agree with the general point about Islam. There are millions of decent muslim people in central Asia that certainly do not deserve to be lumped up with the jihadist crud.

"What's your politics" was the wrong title for this author's motive. The thread is in partial 'misleading', and so any answer given whatsoever should suffice.
