Mine is a Remington 700 in 6.5x55. Not sure why, but I'd buy first and ask for forgiveness after the fact.

Ha, mine was a Remington 700 in 6.5x55 as well! I actually managed to snag one of two that turned up on gunbroker a week ago. I think there was about 20 minutes between the time that I saw the rifle, and clicked the "buy it now" button, I'm going to pick it up after work today.

That's me. There are LOTS of "I'll buy immediately if not sooner" guns if the price is right. If the price is just average, I've pretty much got all I want for the moment.

Mine was a Browning 1886 rifle variant, but I just got one. Now, probably a new SC M70 Fwt in 30/06, a Model 12 with modified choke, or an unmolested 03A3. Assuming the price is right....
