Outdoor pay range here in Florida. Back home in Oregon it was BLM land primarily. Shooting for free anytime was just swell. :(

I have a 125 yard range on my property that's 200 yards from my backdoor. If I want to shoot 300+ yards, I take the Jeep to the river-bottom field a quarter-mile away, also on my property, but it's full of shellcorn right now, so that's an autumn/winter option only... If I want company, the FOP outdoor range is 3 miles away. Yes, life is good. :D

I live about 1 mile from Ben Avery Shooting Range, which is a fantastic outdoor range. I grew up shooting in the desert but the 1,700 acre Ben Avery is pretty good. It costs $7 for an all day range session.

Here's a picture of the Main Range but it has about 20 ranges in total.

Outdoor, private range with a yearly membership fee. It's a little busy during the best times of the year on the weekend.

I shoot on my personal property when I can, that property is about 100 miles from my home. So I shoot weekly at an indoor range down the street.

I shoot my pistols in my backyard, were I shoot all my guns. I love living in the middle of nowhere.

"Other". I'm very fortunate as a non-LEO to get to practice at an outdoor police training range. I do contribute financially to help with the cost of targets, maintenance, etc and always do something to leave the place cleaner than when I found it every visit. Great guys there. I'm very lucky.

Most often at the club property where I'm a member. (Don't know if that should count as "pay" or "private"?)

Otherwise, at a large variety of other similar private clubs that host the kind of matches I shoot.

I just make sure I'm shooting in the opposite direction of my cows. I've never shot at a true range in my life.

Outdoor pay range--for Seniors $15 per year. 300 yards range is in the woods no neighbors day light to dark.

Great thing, only 5 minutes from home. It's also possible to shoot on our hunting lease in the off season, 40 minutes away.

When the Rod & Gun gets busy it worth going to camp and shoot with no wait.

Another member of the "never had to use a shooting range" club. ;) I've always felt sorry for people who can't shoot in their back yard. I've even got this natural hill that makes the perfect berm to shoot into. I've got to commute everywhere though, but it's totally worth it.

I'm envious of all of you who can shoot on your private property whenever you want. I shoot at a private outdoor range.
