I can only speak for the M&P40, as that is the one from your list that I currently own. I have put around 10k rounds down range on mine, which I bought used for $500. It has been trouble free except for Tula ammo, which it just does not like. I normally run WWB through it, and have had zero issues with that ammo.

I routinely run it dirty and dry, only breaking it down to clean thoroughly and lube the internals every 500-1000 rounds, otherwise it gets a quick wipe down after a day at the range.

The Melonite finish is extremely durable, and has held up exceptionally well to thousands of draws from a Kydex holster.

The slide serrations offer excellent purchase, however the grip is not grippy enough with sweaty hands. I remedied that with a Cane&Derby stippled backstrap.

You will find many posts lamenting the 'gritty' trigger, and just as many praising the trigger. Mine was gritty, even after a couple thousand dry fires and an equal number of rounds fired, so I put the Apex USB in it, which completely eliminated the gritty feel.

It is as accurate as my skill level allows it to be, and I shoot sub 4" groups at 7 yards, which is good enough for me.

I chose the M&P because it felt good and points instinctively for me. It has proven itself to me over time. All in all it is a fine firearm.

ETA: fuzzy pic, I know...

Cannot give any cons for any pistol on your list. I've owned/own GLOCK, CZ, and the M&P40. I prefer the M&P over the G23 I currently own. And if I could get a CZ75B 40cal in brushed stainless, I'd get one in a flash.

Any of those listed would be a good choice. Personally, I went with the FNP-40.

Just my choice, pick one that suits you best.

I much prefer the SD line but that's me. The M&P line will serve you very well. Both are excellent handguns.

Don't forget to look at the
Sig SP2022, Beretta PX4 and the Ruger SR40 line as well. All really great guns.

I've seen used XDm Compacts in 40 and Sig 239s in 40 for under $600. You just have to be patient and keep your eyes open.

I've shot or own everything on your list. Depending on use, all are solid choices. For tupperware guns, I like the M&P pro series best for the ergonomics and bore axis.
