I can only speak for the M&P40, as that is the one from your list that I currently own. I have put around 10k rounds down range on mine, which I bought used for $500. It has been trouble free except for Tula ammo, which it just does not like. I normally run WWB through it, and have had zero issues with that ammo.
I routinely run it dirty and dry, only breaking it down to clean thoroughly and lube the internals every 500-1000 rounds, otherwise it gets a quick wipe down after a day at the range.
The Melonite finish is extremely durable, and has held up exceptionally well to thousands of draws from a Kydex holster.
The slide serrations offer excellent purchase, however the grip is not grippy enough with sweaty hands. I remedied that with a Cane&Derby stippled backstrap.
You will find many posts lamenting the 'gritty' trigger, and just as many praising the trigger. Mine was gritty, even after a couple thousand dry fires and an equal number of rounds fired, so I put the Apex USB in it, which completely eliminated the gritty feel.
It is as accurate as my skill level allows it to be, and I shoot sub 4" groups at 7 yards, which is good enough for me.
I chose the M&P because it felt good and points instinctively for me. It has proven itself to me over time. All in all it is a fine firearm.
ETA: fuzzy pic, I know...
