Which 9mm Pistols Would You Like To See In 32 acp?

Locked breech double stack .32ACP Kel-Tec PF9 with aluminium alloy slide.

That's exactly what I was thinking. My PF-9 is not all that comfortable to shoot with full powered +P 9mm loads. It's not bad but a 32 auto in a PF-9 would be downright fun!
I remember my 1903 colt and it was a lot of fun to shoot and really easy to hide. I should have never sold it.

I'd say M9 but there's the model 84 already
You mean the 81.

If we're going THAT route (9mm gun shrunk down proportionally to .32 acp size, like Beretta 92 to 81), then I'd have a pretty big wishlist. CZ 75- I have the 82 in 9 mak, but if you could give me the same size but the appearance of the 75 instead, that would be gorgeous. Give me a Sig P226 shrunk down, too.

Is .32 ACP making a resurgence? It seams like there are lots of threads about it lately. It might have something to with the used Beretta .32 ACP pistols that have been selling on a few of the sites lately.
LuckyGunner has been doing a series on mouseguns from .22 up to .380 and .38 Special, but the guy who has done the videos has been really surprised with the speed, accuracy, and ballistics of .32's in both semi autos and revolvers, more so for revolvers.

The surplus Beretta's are definitely a factor, but the caliber as a whole seems to be getting the recognition it deserves as an adequate, if not superior choice for small, extremely light carry guns. For people like us who shoot a lot, we can do well with .38s and .380s, but for the casual gun owner just wanting a gun for protection, the smaller, lighter recoil of a .32 makes a lot of sense. More reliable than a .22 and less recoil.

I think .32 ACP has a place in the competitive shooting world, we just need some doublestack pistols for max capacity.

There are plenty of micro pistols available in 9X19mm rendering the .32 ACP pointless and stupid. Sorry but that is my opinion, and your points do not convince me otherwise.

Absolutely positively none of them.

I kind of think the spirit of the OP may be more leaning towards wishing there were more .32 options out there and if there were, which platforms would you like to see them done with.

Whereas with the 40 cal thread, the 40 is one step up from the 9mm and is a more friendly academic discussion. 32 on the other hand is several steps weaker than 9mm making me scratch my head at why such an apparently serious query is being made in the first place.

I for one don’t want my favorite 9mm in 32. It would be the worst of all worlds that capacity would not be able to overcome.

Now if we are talking 380 sized guns (not 380s clones off 9mm frame sizes) then I would be much more open to seeing 32 modifications. The KT P3AT was originally chambered in 32 and is probably a superior 32 than the 380 versions.

Fun??? 9mm is fun. ;)

None.

.32ACP is pointless and stupid.

True. I've yet to see or fire a pointed bullet in .32 ACP, and shootin' them is stupid fun in the right gun.

For carry guns, I do think .32 ACP has a place in 21st century locked breech pocket pistols. They would be more powerful and more reliable compared to .22 LR for those that need a low recoiling cartridge in a pocket gun. So, Basically .22 Mag power out of a 4" barrel in something the size of a Ruger LCP, with a little less "bark" would be the point of .32 ACP in this scenario.

When I got my TCP732, I really should have bought a couple extras for the ladies in my family. But, I moved too slow and *poof* they were gone.
