Of the list, among many other magnum and super-magnum revolvers, I own or have owned the 45-70 BFR, the .480 SRH, the 44mag & 50AE Desert Eagle's, and the 500 & 460 S&W X-Frames.
I found the Desert Eagles to be less accurate (and generally less reliable) than revolvers, so for my application of magnum handguns - hunting at long range - they just didn't live up to my expectations. I had 2 50's then a "kit gun" with 9 barrels - 3 lengths in 357, 44, and 50. Only really good for a range toy.
The BFR's and S&W X-Frames are unwieldy, plain and simple. These crew-served cannons are very powerful, but carrying them in the field is cumbersome at best.
The Super Redhawk makes the most functional sense. Still small and light enough to be carried effectively (barely), but powerful enough to handle any game on Earth.
On the other hand, I do have an RH and an SRH in .475Linebaugh which I favor for all of my really heavy hunting work.
