Which rifles are shortest, say under 30 inches?

I've been thinking of buying a rifle for HD, and I find the AR a little more unwieldy indoors (long and front heavy) than I'd like. I was wondering which rifles come close to the NFA limit of 26 inches? The Tavor and PS90 seem to be right around 26", and the CX4 Storm comes in at 29". Did I miss any?

An AK with a folding stock goes from 34" or so with the stock open to just over 26" with the stock folded, depending on the muzzle device you use. With modern ammunition, the x39 will end some fights at across the room distances, too.

"Some detractors have issues:
"It's loud." Yes, any gun inside will be, most importantly the OTHER guys gun, wear electronic earmuffs"...
Unless you are Hunter from the 1980's tv show. Then YOUR gun is always the loudest!

Tavor or AUG.

You get rifle power out of a short handy package, balance is rearward so you can have a hand free to do something else, 30+ rounds of very effective ammunition, and since it's fun and cheap to shoot, you're more likely to actually practice with the thing.
