Will Illinois get Concealed Carry within 1 year from now?

Come back in 2 or 3 or 5 (or ten) years and see what we get out of the courts. I am fairly sure we will get a win there, but it may not be very useful.

Hey, miracles happen. Wisconsin is on the brink of becoming the 49th state.
Simple momentum should indicate the IL will fall sometime soon.

As an ex-pat Illi-noid, I would really like to move back there one day. I have about ten years to retirement, and I'm an optimist by nature....

It wouldn't surprise me if it wound up eventually being settled by court order, the SCOTUS has been pretty clear lately that infringing an individual right to fire arms is unacceptable.
