Yup, might drop the value of the rifle, if trying to sell to a collector.
Might hold or increase value to somebody else wanting a .357 max rifle

Im not made of money, far from it, and have a beater Ruger #3 in #1 wood. Am trying to line up a 35 rem rebarrel job. And I proly wont shoot any deer of trophy size.
But nobody knows how long they have on this rock, so better do it now, because there may not be a later.
