Would have to say my "favorite" is my mostly correct Service Grade, December 1941 M1 Garand

My Favorite

My favorite is an odd piece from WW2 known as the FP45 Liberator. It wasnt handed just a purchase I made a while back. My next woud be my S&W 500 Magnum with 8 3/8" barrel simply for the massive size and power of the thing

Long gun, my home assembled HOWA 1500 in 7mm Rem Mag
Runner up my Arsenal AK74
Pistol, Witness full size 10MM in Wonder Finish
Runner up my Taurus PT145
Shotty, Mossberg 12ga 3" persuader

Since the burglars got the AK a few weeks ago, I would have to say my favorite remaining firearm is my Mk. II Browning High Power 9mm. Deadly accurate and super reliable.

My favorite would have to be my 10mm Tanfoglio Witness. Most comfortable semi-auto I have ever fired :) . I will have to start handloading so I can afford to shoot more though.

This was so tough - I went and cleared out the safe to take an inventory, handle every one, and I realized none is my favorite. That's one of the reasons I have so many - I'm constantly on the lookout for that favorite, and I'm confident I'll find it one day.

Closest contender for favorite right now is my P7 M8, which will easily win out if I can make it reliable.

Favorite

Not elegant or collectible, but I love my Ruger P345. It was my first gun and a gift from my wife. Besides, its a heck of a lot of fun to shoot.

I just bought (haven't received yet) a used Sig P226. Don't know if that will change things, but I do love my P345.

All hail the SKS

I would also have to go with the SKS. This rifle is dead nuts reliable, cheap purchase price ($150), built like a tank, good knockdown power, and the ammo is cheap. What more could you ask for? :D

Indeed it always seems to be my last acquisition... Like this (SOG) German surplus P5.....

:D

Next month it might be something else...

Best Wishes,

Depends on the definition of 'favorite'

I like shooting my Imbel FAL. Comfortable. Accurate. Easy to clean.

I get chills shooting my M-1 Garand then thinking about my Dad’s stories from Korea and the tales of his uncles in WWII.

;)

But nothing I have beats seeing the weird looks I get and the giggles that bubble up from deep in side me when I drag my M-2 60mm mortar to the range and ask if I can “sight it in”. That makes it my favorite.

:what:

Love them all but, Hmmm.........

Asking me to pick is like saying "cut off the finger you like the least". But if I must probably my .50 BMG. It is a State Arms Big Bertha built by East Ridge Gun Co. (Its on the shelf in the middle).
