Have any of the proposed "Deny gun sales to people on Terror Watch list" bills passed yet? Or even gotten out of committee?

A2842 would offer partial college credits to any law enforcement taking classes to agree to be on duty while doing so

If they are taking the class, why wouldn't they get full credit? Or is the On-Duty clause in addition to the full class credit? And what credit would they get? At first glace, the bill sounds good, but with any thought, it's just odd.

Ok, reading the text of the bill, it's a tuition credit, not a class credit. And I don't understand why it is considered an anti-gun bill.

To your first question about the terrorist watch list bills, no not a one has passed and even if they did we are pretty sure they would be struck down in court as unconstitutional but this is the new attack on your rights. Liberals will spout 'they are on the watch list' and the mindless sheep will all join in thinking anyone on the list IS a terrorist!

To your second question regarding the tuition credits, why should ONLY LE get credits for carrying in school to protect others? Why are they a 'special class of citizens'?

The entire gun free school zone nonsense HAS to stop! These regulations do nothing more than set up kill zones for wanna be mass murderers.
