Glock 20 in 10mm or Something in .44 mag.
Have you looked at the 6.5 Grendel? I just got out of .30 caliber altogether, but might consider an AR in 6.5 and the Grendel looks pretty cool ...

...your next purchase had to be chambered in a round that you do not currently have, what would you get?
Ask again and I'll bet the dominant recommendation will be something in 6.5/.264. The 6.5 Creedmoor seems to have largely displaced the .308 as the preferred intermediate cartridge. If a rifle, probably a .308 Winchester. I don't currently own any rifles chambered for anything larger than .223 Remington and when I asked the THR rifle forum about getting a rifle in something larger a couple of years ago, the consensus was for something in the 7mm or 7.62mm class and the arguments in favor of the .308 seemed pretty compelling.
Got one and it is a hoot to shoot.I have been thinking about a .62 smoothbore flinter.
Deer in the fall, turkeys in the spring!
I have 22LR, 32ACP, 9mm, 10mm, 5.56 and 30-06.
I’m debating .357 at the moment - specifically a S&W Model 27. It’s surprisingly hard to find one I want - a decent condition (90%) shooter, 3.5 inch barrel, under $1000.
Just did....338 LPM
I’ve been looking at the 45-120, but it seems kind of silly with the cost of brass
7.62x51 and I'd rebarrel a Garand to fire it in.
If you find a 3.5" without rust for under $1500, buy some lottery tickets. I jest...but only a little. Those 3.5" are relatively rare and highly sought after.
