Carry, Chambered or not?

For those of you that can and do carry, do you carry your pistol with a round chambered?

For weapons with an external safety this isn't a big deal. But with weapons that lack an external safety switch this is a bit more difficult.

Personally I do not carry my XD chambered. The second or two it takes to put the weapon in battery isn't worth the potential AD and subsequent loss of my penis.

What say you all? Chambered or no?

If the gun is pointed at your penis while you are fiddling with the trigger, you've got bigger issues than whether to have a round chambered or not.

There are dozens and dozens of threads on this and the consensus has been (and likely always will be) that most modern firearms are designed to be carried with a round in the chamber and that it is safe to do so when carried in a proper holster by a human who can keep from fiddling with the damn thing.
