Gun nut humor

.........Sounds like something I would do. Like a couple years ago when I bought a 1943 manufactured Walther P-38 because I already owned a 1943 dated P-38 holster with German acceptance marks. View attachment 1072315... Although I'll admit that I wanted a P-38 anyway and was just seeking a decent one regardless of manufacture date. The P-38 I bought was decent in both condition & price and it was the manufacture date that pushed me over the edge to buy it.
I once had a mint 1969 Buchiemer Air Force Security Police black/chrome dress holster rig, but could never find a nice Model 15 to fit it, so I sold it to a fella at a gunshow.
Ten minutes later, I found and bought an M15 at another table in the the same show!
I rushed back to the guy Id sold the holster to, and it was already gone.......:(

You might be a Gun Nut if You drive a Prius in Seattle … to blend in! <<< ME
Yeah, after a couple bad things happened, I don't take my trucks into that socialist cesspool anymore; I'll drive the wife's soccer mom crossover SUV and "blend in." Right.
you might be a gun nut if you take a shopping list to a gun show
Um, doesn't everybody?
You might be a gun nut if your shopping list is longer when you get home from the show than before you went.
You are truly a gun nut then, because (a) the gun you bought requires accessories and/or (b) you bought accessories and now you need the gun...

You might be a gun nut if you buy the brass, die, bullets, post about it on THR.. then buy the gun

On a similar note, I own 4 lbs. of powder, several hundred primers, several hundred bullets, several hundred rounds of brass, four sets of dies, and two loading manuals, but have yet to actually buy a press.

How does this cart/horse thing work again?

(actually been using my buddy's press)
I'll answer that question for you. You do have it backward my friend. You should buy a expensive press and use your buddy's brass, dies, manuals, powder, bullets and primers instead! Does this kind of logical thinking make me a gun nut?

You might be a gun nut if you were rummaging through an abandoned building post-flood and found an intact .270 Winchester cartridge, held it for a while thinking that it “looks” cool, eventually bought a .270 rifle for which you then purchased 500 factory primed brass and 500 150gr round nose fusion bullets for and then never ran a single factory-made bullet through, all the while hoarding 4831 and 4064.
