That's just a Ruger 10/22, in this case a 1967 model, with a J. Bunting Machine bullpup stock.

Indeed the 10/22 'accessorize craze' is in full-swing and to the layman can easily pass off as a factory model assault rifle. If I had a few extra bucks I would definitely do so 'just because' and then keep a second one with factory wood stock for its iconic beauty. I also have a wood stock Marlin as well. Too many ideas and not enough available funds ...I have a feeling I have company?

Here are what I have left. There's been some that have gone away, all were good guns.

Nice pics, Gress! Is that a custom barrel?

Come on guys let's keep this thread alive, I know there are more Rugers out there!! ;)

Having limited exposure to handguns (other peoples'), I recently fired a few shots with the classic .22LR semi-auto.
From what I remember, the trigger was crisp and the gun pretty accurate in my Untrained hands.

In that series shown in posts 76, 79 etc (partly copied from the Jap. Nambu) are they all known for having nice triggers, even when really old?
Are they also normally among the lower-priced .22LR semi-autos?

Need to get some updated pics. The 22/45 is now sporting a Bushnell TRS-25 and a VQ trigger and sear and shed the white dot several thousand rounds ago

I know, I know.... it's a revolver not a semiauto....

But it sure is pretty ain't it? Badger grips and hand polished with Mother's Mag polish.

The pics from Gress look like a stock Mk III Hunter. I have the same model, my pics just aren't nearly as nice.
