1500 SPP $82.50 ; $0.05 primers are back!!

At Sportsman's Warehouse I bought a brick of large rifle primers a couple weeks ago for $59.95, they were Federals. They sold the last brick of large pistol Remington while I was standing there. They didn't have Fiocchi's at the store in my area.
Right now I take what I can get.
My question is how long will it take them to get more in. I'm keeping an eye on them.
WOW! I paid 54.99 plus shipping and hazmat for a brick of GM215s in mid 2020...

No LRP local to me (at least according to store web sites). One of the aforementioned outlets does have magnum LRP; I hope they're still there when I pop in tomorrow morning.

Im looking forward to my visit tomorrow at Sportsmans Warehouse. I hope they have more than what the site shows in stock.
Mine's an hour one way, easy drive but still 2+ hrs round trip. They get deliveries on Mondays and I have a delivery truck up there once a week with a driver who likes to shoot, so he checks for me. Works out well.
Good luck in your hunt tomorrow and safe travels.

Thanks for the well wishes. I have a appt close to S.W. So going to take advantage of being in the area. 👍

WELL! The web sites of both our local Sportsman's Warehouse, and Cabela's, show Magnum Large Rifle Primers available. So I drove over to Lexington, and inquired. NEITHER store had them, and hadn't had them for a long time.

So, beware, fellows....those stores that show them "in stock", may not have them after all....

I don’t trust the Internet, I aways call and tell them to hold for me… Here’s my credit card number. They usually don’t take the CC number, but they know you’re serious

A guy posted today on another forum, purchased at his local gun store today, $50/k

I guess someone decided to let up on the gun control 🙄
was this 50 for a sleeve or per1000? my lgs for the past 6 months has had a good supply of CCI and Federal primers at $130/1000. some benchrest primers $160. i wonder when he'll come down. it doesn't look like a single box had sold.

I just call before heading out. It takes me 5 minutes to call sportsmans, Scheels and bass pro rather than 2 hours to visit all the stores in the area.

5 minutes to call them... People are complaining about driving around 2 hours to be disappointed because stores are sold out. No need to drive around if you own a telephone. If they don't have any, ask when the next delivery arrives. It's not too hard to learn the delivery time tables of a few stores. I had them all memorized in 2013 when I started reloading.

Same!

I enjoyed Sportsmen s Warehouse . I picked up a brick of CCI small pistol mag primers 60.00. I got the last one. They had a brick of large too. But i still have plenty. It was like a small Cabela's. But i think they have more guns. And a larger selection of AR'S. And a bunch of mags and AR parts. And ammo out the wazoo. I go for my oral surgery Jan9th and the 30th. I'll defently be stopping in again.

At $50-$60 I’m Stocking, especially if they are selling bricks again. Hopefully Big Box will follow suit in pricing. effort & a little more $ now. Better than running around with our head chopped off looking for primers and .22’s … ie 2020 to 2023
