Regular Blazer has aluminum cases which cannot be reloaded and also may have feeding problems in some guns. Blazer brass is like any other traditional brass cased ammo. If your gun cycles Blazer (aluminum) well, it's a cheaper way to get in a lot of shooting.

Some guns will have extraction problems with aluminum cases. I've had extraction problems with aluminum Blazer in CZ's and XD's. If you're shooting a Glock it won't matter.

MOST indoor ranges forbid the use of the aluminum case ammo. They want to resell the brass cases.

regular balser primarially black box, has aluminum casings and can not be reloaded like was said, and the blaser brass, is brass cased and reloadable. don't be turned off by what they say about the feeding issues, that may be the case, but you can answer that question yourself by shooting some through your guns. i have put 550rds of it through my handguns within the last 2 weeks or so and i have had no problems. the aluminum stuff i mean, and i have been shooting the blazer brass for quite a while, in all calibers. to give you an example of accuracy with these loads, which isn't always great it is gun dependant but here is a 10yd group standing shooting blazer brass 230gr.

Well I've put 2380 rounds of blazer through my G34, 620 of which was brass the rest was the aluminum case. All of it has shot without any problems, grouped as well as I was shooting, and in general worked just fine.
Shoot it through you're own weapon and see if it feeds and extracts without a problem. Then see if it shots accurately enough for your purposes. Then go with the cheapest that satisfys the above.

After shipping the price is going to likely be the same, but you can spread out the purchases if you buy WM WWB.
Where as the deal gets worse with smaller amounts via mail order. Also no waiting for shipping with WM WWB.
Also one final note they both aren't the cleanest ammo, but I found that WWB is a bit cleaner then CCI Blazer.

Not where I live. They all sell Blazer aluminum. And I keep all my own brass for reloading, they aren't getting it.
I think it should be amended, most pain in the rear end ranges do that. Mine only wants the brass if you are buying the reloaded ammo, and it's noted on the sign that it's all brass returned.
Of course they don't police it, so you can take your brass home they wouldn't likely know unless a large amount of people do it.

Ditto on someone elses comments on the aluminum ammo. most of my guns shoot it no problem. My XD and my CZ occasionally will choke on it. Very rarely though. Kel tec advises against it's use and it will choke m P-3AT and my fold up carbine.
I like the brass cased but avoid the aluminim
its not scientific but I find the brass shoots as well as anyones FMJ 9mm for practice purposes, I find the alum. dirty burning crap that I have seen double rimmed 38's which thank goodness was long enough to lock up my gun before going off. first and only time i have seen a case malformed at the base to that degree, i also had a round that had a bad crimp on the bullet and was dangerous!
cheap ranges like to sell it to you at the price of decent ammo 12 to 16bucks and you know they get it cheap as
. I have seen a fair number of extraction issues with aluminim cases , so much so if i see a problem it's my first thouht , and often right. In my area you can buy 50 rounds of brass at wally world for 6.27 or if you have shoot at the one range it's like 12 bucks for the aluminum junk. my son's range charges 2 bucks a box for lead removal fee , per box. its a nice place with good people and i mean no insult but often I will go to wally world and pay the 2 bucks , 8.27 is pretty decent still I like it and its cheap I need to save money
. OH one word for 38's, it may have been a bad batch and i mean batch of like 500 or more? I have seen magtechs range ammo be a absolute pain in the butt. burrs at the crimp , I of course don't put in the really tight fit 38's, but those who did were pounding them out with sticks and crap, i had some that were tight after firing, but not horrible. but that stuff was junk and they never got it again as it was giving customers a bad experience, I have some nice magtech self defense ammo that is the eqaul of mos stuff in its price range i think. but the bottom of the line was truly bad. blaser brass I use as carry ammo in one 9 i have that wont accept hollows, I trust it to go off and feed and have hundreds if not 1k or more rounds fired to assure me it will. GL finding it can be hit or miss at wally world
