A question of etiquette: "leave some for the next guy"

Wow. For some of you guys this is the stuff of deathbed confessional. "As long as you can sleep at night" "karma will come and get you". Heavy stuff guys.
 
It depends on your basic outlook on life. If I am in a restaurant and have finished my meal and I see people waiting for tables I will get up, if I am on a train I will switch seats so others can sit together. One time I was on a bus, it wasn't that crowded, I sat in the first row on the right hand side just behind the driver. A very tall man asked if he could have aisle seat, said it was the only one where he could have leg room.
 
After being around for awhile, your approach to things sometimes softens a bit...
As someone mentioned, no judgement of others' approach intended...
Just a lil' different perspective.;)
