Via the always interesting Shall Not Be Infringed comes a link to a 9-page essay that does an excellent job taking down the arguments posted on Feinstein's website claiming that the '94-'04 ban on so-called "assault weapons" was a raging success.

At nine pages, it's an extremely short read, but an excellent takedown of some of the most prominent arguments in favor of a new AWB.

My god - what a piece of statistical fecal matter ! Which of course is undertandingly used as fact by those who have an agebda and no integrity at all.

I hear total BS out of their mouths all the time - they can lie as much as they want to - they don't have to answer to anybody. An unbiased media could tear them to shreads , but of course that's not going to happen .

They could have just replayed Biden's comment from the presidential debates in 2008 (might have been during the primary): "We already tried an AWB, IT DIDN'T WORK!"

I'll check out the link though, just in case Biden changed his mind or something... (kidding here)
