I have been looking at red dot scopes to go on the rail of a Colt 6920. I think (but not totally decided yet) that I am going to go with the Aimpoint Micro H-1, I am looking at mounting options, and LaRue mounts have been recommended. Looking at their website they say the tall mount will provide a 1/3 lower cowitness. What does that mean? I have an Aimpoint CompC3 on another AR, and I have it set up so it cowitnesses with the front sight.
Does the tall LaRue mount get the sight up too high for a good cheekweld?
