WWB 115 grain is good for practice. It is FMJ, right? For myself, I prefer 124 grain, but lots of people use 115 grain. Actually I do too, not just in my pistol; I use 124 grain in my pistol, and the cheaper 115 grain stuff for plinking with a Highpoint 995.
Lots of people buy the WallyWorld WWB 115 9mm for practice. But for SD/HD, you'll want some good hollow points, and that will set you back more. I use Hornady TAP in 124 grain for SD/HD. I shoot a few through my PT24/7 now and then, just to make sure it works, but feed it a steady diet of Remington UMC 124 grain FMJ for getting lots of trigger time.
